On my last day at Kota Kinabalu, I decided to get tempted with my lust for Noodle, especially blend dried noodle with thick soy sauce with some meat and soup. Hungry Panda bear really enjoy the kuey tiao with beef intestine and huge chunk of beef cooked in heavy gravy, it was pure joy and delight. A strip of beef joint, taste really jelly-like and as some said it is good source of collagen. (Well, who cares!! As long as it taste delicious...)

Sabah is a Hakka town, stuffed tofu is one of the famous dish not to be miss. The stuffing can be pork, fish, chicken & etc, and it can stuffed on tofu, eggplant, bitter gourd, red pepper, lady finger and many more. Try it when you are in town.
