Caramel Black Soya Sauce with chopped garlic

Raindrops keep falling on my head....... E e Under my Umbrella ella ella e e e...... I'm singing in the rain, I'm singing in the rain........ Gosh.....these tunes keep humming in my head and I am freezing cold!!

So for a cool evening dinner, I took my sister and myself to a nearby bah kut teh restaurant @ USJ 1 for some yummy yummy feast. Bah Kut Teh can be loosely translated as Meat Bone Tea, but a bit weird I guess ha ha ha..... :P In the hot pot, you find pork ribs, pork intestines, bean curb, lettuce and steaming hot soup, it always goes so well with the caramel black soya sauce with chopped garlic, of course if you fancy a little bit more spicy, you could add on the chili padi to spice it up. (Hopefully it won't burn your tongue!!)

After finish the dinner, I felt like carrying a barrel on my tummy and head home....... the rain is still pouring >.<
