Thai Style Vegetarian Pasta


Here are the ingredients.....


White Mushroon


Steamed Broccoli


Preserved Salted Vegetable


Seaweed Tofu and Japanese Tofu


A can of Soya Bean


Sea Salt to taste, barley and sesame seeds


First, cook the pasta in a boiling water with some salt, then place it in a serving plate


Boil some waters in a pot with some barley, pour in half can of soya bean when you see the boiling waters bubbling


Make sure your soup looks creamy and tempting, place in the Preserved Salted Vegetable as stocks


Then place gently your seaweed tofu into the soup, Japanese tofu will go in last because it break easily


Continue cooking for about 5 min


Cover the pot with lid and let it come to a boil, when it bubble up, bring your fire to lower setting


Add in the rest of the ingredients, mushroom, japanese tofu, let it sit for another 2 min, then add salt to taste


Dish out all the ingredients on top of the pasta, garnish with steamed Broccoli on the side, pour the creamy soup and sprinkle some sesame seeds. Voila~~~ enjoy!! :P
Try it, very good for digestion and healthy vegetarian diet.
