Sunday Breakfast @ SS15
Pan Mee with refreshing Bamboo chestnut drink
Pan Mee is a popular Malaysian Chinese breakfast, it served with sliced mushroom, mince pork, vegetable, fried anchovies, fresh lime, hot soup and of course the Pan Mee...... The making of pan mee is a bit like italian pasta, it uses the pasta machine to flatten the dough and using hands to knead it into tiny bits, then dump into the boiling waters to cook. Of course the shape can be alter, slim, cut, bits....... whatever you wants. You can also order Pan mee in dried forms with separate bowl of soup, just mention to the hawker stall you want "Gon Lou" Pan mee (which means Dried blend), I love both soup or dry!!
Love, Hungry Panda Bear :P
