When I first arrive in Manila, my friend took me SM Megamall for a quick lunch, and we had it at ChowKing. I order some beef set with rice and noodles, quite a big meal for one. Then I order Halo Halo...... I've been craving for this Halo Halo for the last ten years.....since last visit.

The food isn't that superb but it's ok for a quickie lunch. ChowKing is a famous chain chinese restaurant in Philippines, almost everywhere you see their signboard.

Beside that you see a lot of Jolly Bee, Max's, Pancit Malabon...... all these are famous chain fast food restaurant..... of course the food is pretty commercial!! (YIKES!)
