In Asia, food is a big thing and every nationalities brag about their foods, I enjoy the night out with friends hanging in a local restaurant called Pancit Malabon, very interesting menu, PINOY PIZZA. Of course I mean the serving looks like pizza, instead using the baked dough, they use rice noodles as base, and the topping are eggs, seafoods, lettuce, fried pork strips and spices. It's great for sharing around the table.

It wouldn't be perfect without some local dessert after the heavy meals, so we pick something that called Sapin-sapin, it's sticky rice in various colors top with some brown sugar thing and some meat floss (I think!!), couldn't really tell what it is...... But the taste is superb, not really too sweet and the salty topping brings out the flavours.

They also have something that called Puto, quite similar to chinese "Fatt kow", but they have more variety, it can be sweet or salty...... I have tasted Butter Puto, Meat floss with salted egg puto, chocolate butter puto & etc....... these tiny puto is great with coffee or tea.
