Honestly when I look at the McDonalds menu at Manila, I have no idea what is McDo..... and the picture show two piece of chicken with rice? (Do??) Anywhere, in Manila McDonalds they provide gravy & ketchup for your fried chicken, but chili sauce is not available. (In Malaysia we dip everything in chili....) The gravy is place in the front door in a kettle, you can help yourself and sprinkle it over your chicken. (ha ha....)
