Herbal Chicken with steamed rice & veggie

Back to work for a day before heading out for another trip to Kota Kinabalu, so for lunch today I was thinking something chinese & simple. In the menu there was this Herbal Chicken set, I knew that is what I want.

Simple, easy, home cooking...... I remember my mum used to make this at home, with loads of chinese herbs and whole chicken in the pot, the cooking time takes about three to four hours, when it is done and the moment you pop open the pot lid, the aroma just burst out and OMG!!...... "faint"
